YBC In Action

Team Leaders and Affiliates

Each YBC Team Leader sits on the IBAO Board of Directors of their local affiliate to create a presence with established brokers and to represent the interests of young brokers. This allows young brokers to have a voice locally and be able to get involved with peers in their communities.

Team Leaders seek to encourage the qualities of leadership in members, and to support the overall direction of the council by promoting the use and recognition of the IBAO BIPPER Brand, supporting other marketing initiatives, and assisting with keeping IBAO’s Education Curriculum focused on current issues and trends.
