Education

Education is a strong focus for most young brokers. Their success in the industry is dependant upon expanding their knowledge to aid the consumer. Investing in education helps to give young brokers a professional and service advantage when dealing with the consumer, as well as offers a strong competitive advantage against competing markets and direct writers. The YBC is focused on branding select courses as YBC-specific education with a major focus on issues and concepts that will interest a younger audience, allowing them to grow within the industry and the brokerage they represent.
