The Young Brokers Council has been actively promoting our profession as a career choice.  We have developed a career brochure and video that is regularly distributed to schools, and YBC members attend career fairs as well as the OSAID conference.  We encourage all young brokers to get involved and help recruit for the independent broker channel.
